How do I change or cancel my order?
given is not able to cancel orders once they have been placed, nor can we guarantee that changes can be made after the fact.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been fulfilled a tracking number will be sent to the email address used to place the order. Please don't forget to check your spam and junk folders! As a reminder, orders may take up to 2-4 weeks to arrive.
I placed an order but never received a confirmation email.
If you do not receive an email from given within a few hours of placing your order, be sure to check your personal Spam folder. Alternatively, the email address may have been spelled incorrectly.If you are still unable to locate the confirmation email for your order, please email given.shopco@gmail.com
I placed an order but haven't seen any movement from given, what's going on?
If you see no movement it may have not been shipped yet, but no worries! As soon as it does we will be sure to send tracking. As a reminder, all orders may take up to 2-4 weeks to arrive.
I only received a partial order. Where's the rest of my order?
Don't worry! In order to get your items to you as quickly as possible, we went on and shipped what we had on hand in inventory. We receive shipments regularly and will fulfill the rest of your order soon. We'll be sure to send you the other tracking number as soon as possible!
